1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "5bww", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 5bww platform, which holds PAGCOR authorization to provide online gaming services within the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the 5bww website accessible at 5bww.org and all related gaming services, mobile interfaces, and account systems operated thereunder.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the 5bww Platform.
• "Account" means a registered 5bww player account through which the Player accesses gaming products, manages funds, and interacts with the Platform.
• "Funds" or "Wallet Balance" means the PHP-denominated amount held in a Player's 5bww account at any given time, including deposits and unredeemed winnings.
• "Gaming Products" means all games, betting markets, and interactive services available on the 5bww Platform, including bingo, slot games, live casino tables, and sports betting.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required for all 5bww accounts under PAGCOR regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates all lawful gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must bet before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses may be withdrawn.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering a 5bww account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 5bww Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 5bww Platform and, if applicable, close your account in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the 5bww Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is set by PAGCOR as a condition of 5bww's authorization to operate online gaming services in the Philippines. 5bww enforces this requirement through mandatory identity verification (KYC) for all accounts.

3.2 Geographic Restriction

The 5bww Platform is authorized to provide services within the Philippines only. Registering for or using a 5bww account from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted may be unlawful under local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of 5bww is lawful in your location. 5bww makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legal for use in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

3.3 Capacity

By registering, you confirm that you are not: (a) subject to a self-exclusion order with any gaming operator or regulator; (b) a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of 5bww or any associated gaming provider; or (c) a person whose use of the Platform is prohibited by any applicable law or regulatory requirement.

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

To use 5bww's real-money gaming services, you must complete the account registration process, which requires providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, email address, date of birth, and any additional details requested during KYC verification. You warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and current.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one (1) active 5bww account. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 5bww reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held in accounts found to be in violation of this policy.

4.3 KYC Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements, all 5bww accounts must complete KYC verification before withdrawal functionality is enabled. KYC requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine National ID, SSS card, UMID, driver's license, or passport) and may require a selfie or liveness check. 5bww reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4.4 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. Providing false information during registration or KYC constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 5bww account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.

5bww will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from 5bww and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify 5bww immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 5bww shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Currency

All financial transactions on the 5bww Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). 5bww does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply any currency conversion to account balances.

6.2 Accepted Payment Methods

5bww currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. Payment method availability may change from time to time. 5bww is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6.3 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard at the time of the request.

6.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within two (2) to four (4) banking hours. 5bww reserves the right to apply additional verification checks for withdrawals above specified thresholds.

6.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

Funds originating from bonuses may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. 5bww reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending compliance checks, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) review, or resolution of outstanding disputes.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game-Specific Rules

Each gaming product available on the 5bww Platform is governed by its specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules applicable to each game before participating. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the mechanics of that game.

7.2 Finality of Results

All game results, once confirmed by 5bww's system, are final. In the case of a technical error that causes an incorrect result to be displayed, 5bww reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's wallet. 5bww is not obligated to honor payouts based on incorrectly displayed odds or game results caused by software errors.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all gaming products on 5bww and are displayed within each game or betting market interface. 5bww reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time without prior notice.

7.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on 5bww are offered subject to applicable trading limits and market availability. 5bww reserves the right to suspend, close, or void sports betting markets at any time before settlement in the event of: irregular betting patterns, breach of competition integrity, or unavailability of official result data. Settled bets on confirmed official results are final and will not be reversed except in cases of proven technical error.

7.5 Void Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned under the following circumstances: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned; (b) the bet was accepted due to a manifest pricing error; (c) 5bww determines that the bet resulted from collusion or match-fixing; or (d) a technical malfunction affected the correct processing of the bet. 5bww's decision on void bets is final.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 5bww offers bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to registered, KYC-verified 5bww accounts only, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless stated otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• 5bww reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom may not be transferred between accounts.
• In the event of suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, exploitation of system errors, or coordinated play designed to circumvent wagering requirements — 5bww reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend the account.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5bww Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and — where applicable — reporting to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using false, stolen, or unverified identity documents during registration or KYC.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair gaming advantage.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or corruption of game integrity.
• Attempting to launder money through the Platform or using gaming transactions for any purpose other than entertainment.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any element of the 5bww Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 5bww staff, live dealers, or other players via any Platform channel.
• Providing false information in any communication with 5bww support or compliance teams.

10 Responsible Gaming

5bww is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations as a PAGCOR-authorized operator seriously. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold for a defined period. Once reached, further gaming is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure automatic session timeout alerts and mandatory break prompts.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may activate a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days with immediate effect from the account dashboard.
• Self-Exclusion: Players seeking a longer-term break may request self-exclusion by contacting 5bww support. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the 5bww compliance team within 24 hours and enforced for the duration requested.

11 Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and other materials available on the 5bww Platform are the intellectual property of 5bww or its licensors. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of 5bww.

The 5bww name, logo, and associated branding elements are trademarks of 5bww. Unauthorized use of these marks — including in any form of advertising, social media, or user-generated content — is prohibited.

Game content provided through third-party software providers remains the intellectual property of the respective provider. Player interaction with such games does not confer any intellectual property rights to the Player.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5bww shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

5bww's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, regardless of the cause or form of action, shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player in the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

5bww does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability. 5bww will take reasonable steps to minimize disruption and provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

13 Account Termination & Suspension

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your 5bww account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account wallet. Accounts with active bonuses subject to wagering requirements may have those bonuses removed upon closure request.

13.2 Termination by 5bww

5bww reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion; (c) PAGCOR directive or order; (d) technical security concerns; or (e) any other circumstance that 5bww reasonably determines necessitates account action.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, any unused bonus balances and associated wagering requirements will be voided. Real-money balances remaining in a legitimately closed account will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to final compliance review. 5bww's completion of a termination review may take up to thirty (30) calendar days where fraud or regulatory investigation is involved.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, except where PAGCOR regulations provide for an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific bet, game result, or account transaction, you agree to first contact 5bww support with full details of the dispute. 5bww will investigate and respond within five (5) business days. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, it may be escalated to PAGCOR through the formal complaint process described on PAGCOR's official website.

15 Amendments to These Terms

5bww reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 5bww will provide notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 5bww Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at 5bww.org/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
