1 Who We Are (Data Controller)

5bww (referred to as "5bww", "we", "us", or "our") is the operator of the 5bww online gaming platform accessible at 5bww.org. 5bww is authorized by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) to offer online gaming services within the Philippines.

For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173, hereafter "DPA"), 5bww acts as the Personal Information Controller in respect of the personal data of its registered players and website visitors.

5bww processes personal data under the following legal grounds as recognized by the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012:

• Contract Performance: Processing is necessary to create and maintain your 5bww account and to provide the gaming and payment services you have requested.
• Legal Obligation: Processing is required to comply with PAGCOR's licensing conditions, the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), the Data Privacy Act, and other applicable Philippine laws and regulations.

• Consent: Where processing is based on your consent — primarily for marketing communications and optional cookies — you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing carried out under the other bases listed above.

7 Disclosure of Personal Data

5bww does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data is disclosed only in the following circumstances:

7.1 Service Providers

5bww engages trusted third-party service providers who process data on our behalf under contractual data processing agreements. 7.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of 5bww's assets, personal data held by 5bww may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to that entity assuming the same data protection obligations as 5bww. Affected players will be notified in accordance with applicable law.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in a manner that prevents reconstruction of the original data.

11 Your Data Subject Rights

As a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by 5bww:

12 Minors and Underage Users

The 5bww Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, as required by PAGCOR's online gaming regulations for the Philippines. 5bww does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

Where 5bww becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an underage individual — whether through KYC verification, a third-party report, or other means — the account will be immediately suspended, all gaming activity ceased, and the data reviewed in accordance with our legal obligations. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be handled in compliance with PAGCOR regulatory directives.

13 Cross-Border Data Transfers

Where 5bww uses third-party service providers whose infrastructure is located outside the Philippines — such as international cloud hosting providers or game software providers — your personal data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

All cross-border transfers of personal data by 5bww are conducted in compliance with Section 21 of the Philippine Data Privacy Act and NPC regulations governing cross-border data flows. 5bww ensures that:

• The recipient country provides an adequate level of data protection substantially equivalent to Philippine standards, or;
• Appropriate contractual safeguards (such as data processing agreements or standard contractual clauses) are in place with the receiving party.

5bww does not transfer personal data outside the Philippines to parties that cannot demonstrate adequate data protection standards. Where PAGCOR-regulated data (such as KYC records and transaction history) is involved, storage and primary processing occurs within the Philippines.

14 Changes to This Privacy Policy

5bww may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect how we process your personal data or the rights available to you — 5bww will provide advance notice via the email address registered to your 5bww account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

For minor, non-material updates (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of the Policy), the Policy will be updated with a revised "Last Updated" date without separate notification.

Your continued use of the 5bww Platform after the effective date of any updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the changes. The current version of this Policy is always available at 5bww.org/privacy-policy.
